321 Garage Conversions and Orangeries

I recently had my garage converted to half office, half playroom and I must say how wonderful the way the work was carried out over just two weeks. The area was always kept clean and tidy, the men were a pleasure to have in my home, always friendly and helpful. The quote was good and they kept to the price even when I asked for them to do some extra skirting in another room. I had to contact Steve when I got home late from work at night and was surprised when they answered my call at 9pm and kindly sorted out my queries. From start to finish, Jan and Steve made the process of converting our garage into a practical, useful utility and storage room seamless. We werent quite sure what we wanted at first but they were always on hand to offer suggestions and recommendations.

They stuck to the agreed quote and timescales and were very accomodating in completing additional works. They were professional and always quick to respond to any queries. They would visit regularly to check the progress on site and ensure we were happy with the works. Can't begin to say how fantastic Jan and Steve and the guys at 321 are!! We recently had our garage converted into a man cave for my husband and if you didn't have to enter it from the garden you wouldn't know it wasn't part of the house. The work that has been done is outstanding and the team were friendly professional and super efficient and they even made allowances for our indecision when it came to the flooring nothing was too much trouble and all kept to the quote they gave which was also the most reasonable! My wife and I bought our first ever home recently and moved in earlier this year. One of the first things we planned to do was convert our garage into an extra room/office/man cave. Having never owned a home before we had no idea about this sort of thing and what it would entail. We met Steve who was really friendly, professional and obviously knew his stuff! He gave us a quote which we were really happy with and work started soon. The builders and electrician were amazing. Also really friendly and professional and definitely knew what they were doing. Steve and Jan and their brilliant team did a superb job on our South Farnham flat. We had a wall removed between a lounge and a dark interior corridor, a new door opening created and a new cupboard to house a relocated boiler and washing machine from the kitchen. The job was closely overseen from start to finish and 321 coordinated all tradespeople including heating engineer, carpenter, plumber and electrician. Great value for money (much less than the next best quote!), and no issues getting them back to finish the last few bits after delays on our part with fixtures/fittings arriving. Gary and Jason were lovely to have in the house, so thoughtful and incredibly tidy with all their gear at the end of each day. It was far from a straightforward job and any challenge met was resolved and discussed with us as clients. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for any future building jobs as you know you are getting great service for a great price! Thank you so much to all at 321! :-)

We had the team in to update our kitchen for us. It knocked taking out the kitchen, building the carcasses, removing and replacing a boiler, new lighting, and then fitting the kitchen. The team did a brilliant job and we are so pleased with the outcome. There was loads of communication throughout, really helpful, even when things became a bit more tricky with the plumbing and boiler. They were even incredibly tidy at the end of each day so made it really easy to live through. If I combine this all together with what was a very good price then you can imagine how pleased I am. Will definitely use them again!
