Benning Construction completed a new build residential home project for us and I was very impressed with their methodical, professional and structured approach throughout the entire process.

Their tender was priced very competitively and gave excellent value for money without cutting any corners or reducing quality. The turnaround time for the tender was within the specified period and I was impressed with the attention to detail given in the breakdown of costs.

They are very well organised and have an excellent team of highly skilled workers who carry out their jobs sincerely. I found them to be reliable and they were very good in keeping us updated with regular communication and progress meetings, which is essential for any size of project.

It was refreshing to see how they have a solid understanding of how to work efficiently with a client and understanding our needs and requirements. They were very considerate to the neighbours throughout the construction process and kept the site clean at all times at the end of the working day.

Benning have an excellent source of long-term suppliers who provide top quality materials and goods.

They managed to complete the project well before the proposed deadline, and we are all very pleased with the end-result which was of a high standard. Their attitude of maintaining long-term relationships with the client is also impressive and I found that their level of communication both during and after the completion of our project was very good.

Awful company doesn’t pay workers no health and safety and poor treatment of workers a lot of shoddy work and cutting corners

We engaged Benning Construction for the substantial renovation of our family home. We were extremely pleased with the result. They are a second generation family firm, reasonable in their pricing, scrupulously honest in their dealings and they carried out their work to a very high standard. Everyone who came to site took great care and was a pleasure to deal with. Our 1920s house threw up one or two tricky surprise issues but we were always able to rely on Benning to find a sensible, workable solution without fuss. We were pleased too to see how professionally they worked with our architect Lucy Sheppard and surveyor Michael Simpson. We have no hesitation in recommending them.
