Mews Design carried out our 2 storey extension creating a new breakfast/dining room with utility, downstairs shower room, new upstairs bathroom and an additional bedroom. All of the team at Mews are polite and courteous. Mark kept us informed if an issue arose during the build and suggested ways to solve them.

Part of the build happened over 2 lockdowns so building whilst home working and schooling was a challenge.

Mark has been great post build where we have had to ask for advice when we ourselves were finishing rooms due to our budget constraints and he has been so helpful.

We have recently had our kitchen and downstairs cloakroom refurbed by Mark and the team. We are so happy with both and Mews were really easy to work with. The quality of the work is excellent and Mark is brilliant at making suggestions or giving advice as well as answering the millions of questions I have asked! We are also getting our main bathroom and en suite done by Mews and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. The level of service has been fantastic and everyone was so friendly to us and our daughter it never felt like an intrusion.

We had some challenge(s) with our build due to pre-existing build drainage configuration, the team kept us informed and offered alternative solutions to these challenge(s) which allowed the completion of our extension to a very high standard - call them today!

Mark was very pleasant to deal with and took the time to give us genuine, helpful advice. He gave us a range of options. Although we didn't end up going ahead due to deciding to save renovations for when we can move, we appreciate the honest help and would use Mews for any future work.

We were delighted with all of the work that Mews did for us in our house. They have all the specialisms within their company to complete significant building works including insertion of steel supports.

Mews Designs fitted our ensuite over three years ago. When the shower valve recently developed a fault, Mark arranged for the replacement to be fitted free of charge. After-sales service seems to be a rare thing in the trades but these guys are always there to help - excellent service.

A two storey extension and full internal modernisation in a house that you're living in with two small children is always going to turn your life upside-down, but Mews made it as easy as it could have been. All the people that we encountered along the way were professional, friendly and respectful. The standard of work was high throughout and at times the Mews Team went above and beyond, working very hard, to provide an overall high quality end result. Furthermore the relationship that we have had with the whole Mews Team has been excellent, this helped during the more challenging times and made it a lot more enjoyable.
