First class workmanship and great customer service too! thanks again

Workmanship of the builder Pete was absolutely spot on, and that's where the positives of this company end. A weeks work took 8 weeks to complete. Promises of returning to finish the work, not kept. But they turn up when they want paying.

One Director threatened to come and take bricks out of our house as we would not pay the outstanding balance until the work was completed. No customer service at all.

Absolutely shocking service, had my bathroom done by them, yeah was a reasonable price but now I know why, brand new sink got chipped, brand new window got scratched & chipped what I waited 1 month for it to be put in, Just turned up when they wanted to half a day here half a day there, bath panel wasn’t fitted correctly they tried hide that along with the window & sink. Oh yeah still hasn’t finished still need put my switch on for my extractor fan.

Absolutely disgusting experience. Had my two fire places tiled and brought an electric fire to go on the fireplace, never came back to fit the fireplace after many times saying they would be coming to do it, so now its left loose where my 11month old daughter keeps trying to climb up and is at risk of falling on her or smashing, also left electrics hanging out the wall..again another safety hazard. Also had a bathroom done by these which we had to keep complaining for them to come back and correct things that they should know how to do properly to begin with especially seen as they are supposed to be "professionals".
