Lynch Building Contractors

I was originally recommended Lynch contractors by my school Estate's bursar who had worked with many different contractors over the years so that was a good sign. I have also found John Lynch and his team first class. John is friendly, professional and highly experienced. I was able to communicate easily with him on a daily basis during our renovation and extension project; he gave great advice throughout the process and he allocated skilled and reliable workers of all trades to get the job done quickly. His team were also respectful of our living space throughout the build. This is the third time we have used Lynch contractors and we feel lucky to have discovered them so that we could create our dream home with peace of mind. On all occasions, he planned the timings of the build accurately, lived up to his original quotes and always advised on any extra costs. He asked for two staged payments, after the works had been carried out. There were no surprises and the final cost was exactly as expected. During the initial time we employed them, my wife was pregnant and we were due to move into our new house - John Lynch accelerated the process to help us out as he knew our situation was difficult. We will always be grateful for that. More than happy to recommend them.

John Lynch builders carried out a loft conversion for us during the summer of 2019, along with some additional repair work to the roof. They were excellent and we are happy to recommend them. Firstly, the work was done professionally and to a high standard. Secondly, and very important, it was done to schedule with no significant time delay. The work was started in early July and completed (including plumbing and decoration) by mid-September. Thirdly the cost of the work was fair. It might be possible to find cheaper builders, but if you want work to be done well, then we would judge Lynch to be good value for money. Finally, John and his team were helpful and approachable, for example, in sorting out minor issues after the main work was complete. We're delighted with the end result.

Lynch Building Contractors recently completed an extension to our house. They were competitively priced, started promptly and worked consistently to finish the project in good time. John was always on hand to answer any queries we had along the way. The guys on the site, led by Darren, were friendly, professional and worked hard to minimise disruption to our neighbours.
We're really pleased with the result and would definitely use Lynch again for any future work.

Lynch Building Contractors did a first class job on our loft. This was a major extension involving a Velux window, extensive insulation, carpentry, flooring, plastering and electrics. The whole work package was carried out quickly, efficiently and with great professional skill. The members of staff doing the work were cheerful, polite and totally competent. We would be very keen to use this firm again for any future work.

We have recently had a chimney removed from our property by Lynch Building Contractors. It was a bit of a logistical nightmare as the chimney ran through the middle of the house, but John and his team have been excellent throughout, great communication and finished before schedule. We are so happy with the result and the care and attention that was taken by the whole team, especially all the efforts made in the mammouth clean up afterwards which was so appreciated. We would highly recommend John and his team and would not hessitate to use them again in the future.
