Rip off. Wanted £17 for a tube of sealant that costs £7.50 on line. Wouldn't go back unless I was absolutely desperate. Now have screwfix in town so I'll use them from now on.

Unless you are a tradesman with an account, staff are not interested and unhelpful. Certainly not the Jewsons of old. Will not use again.

If you're not sure what you need or how to do it, pop in or give them a call. They don't make you feel like an idiot. Really helpful, good range of products and competitive pricing. I took a picture of a wall and they sourced matching bricks for me at a great price...

Friendly staff, didn't have what I wanted, but as they are a large company ,were able to find stock at another branch and arrange delivery.
