USELESS AVOID!!
Our windows have been delayed by almost a month. Communication was non-existent on this point. The day they were due we were told of the delays, and only when we called them to arrange collection. The next delivery date, again further delays, which were still not communicated, to be told when we called them. When the products finally arrived they were wrong!
The staff couldn't care-less if they tried...if they did, then at least they would have tried to do something!
Still waiting for someone to deal with our complaint!
I have put 1 star, if I could have left a review without any, I would have but to leave a review its a requirement!

Great products but still got miserable staff , could someone tell them a good joke to get a 😃 😊 delivery driver should be made manager 😀 they need to get rid of the staff and start from fresh, they will start getting more custom in my view

I ordered some guttering and facias and joints they said they had all the stuff I needed but they said they had the right size guttering but they didn't i had to order another piece then didn't deliver everything at once they had to make 3 trips for a small order

Never been there before fast service good staff and very well priced. Definitely use them again

call ahead to check if they have an item in stock from the website, they told me that they do so I made a 34mile round trip to buy it only to be told when I got there that they never had that item in stock or even see it! and after having me waiting for 10 minutes while he was on the computer, I explained I may a trip after I called ahead and their answer was "what do you want me to do" not a simple apology like "sorry sir, don't know who answer the phone but we don't do that item here". defo would not recommend.

Absolute disgraceful service , their lose placed my window order with Eurocell who were first class .
Will never step foot in National Plastics again.

Just spent 398pound on soffit 5m lengths and the 2 members of staff just plonked by back door and left me on my own to load was there 40m struggling
