Went in because my son's pram was missing a nut. Arthur and Kabir went out of their way to find a replacement that was the correct size, and then fitted it for me without me asking. Never felt like I was bothering them or causing any inconvenience, even though the shop was relatively busy and the time. Couldn't have asked for better service.

This is my go-to DIY store as the staff here are extremely helpful and so knowledgable about all of their products and tools. Anytime I go in I ask for Arthur as he always helps save money, explains everything so wel and I feel safe knowing that I’m getting the right thing for my builders or for myself to use. 1 star is generous. Customer service is dire, prices for basic tools / equipment is fit for a Tory government, trip hazards everywhere across the branch, employees with zero product knowledge & to top it off the branch has an awful stench when you enter reminiscent of either sewerage or Liverpool town centre. Only plus is its location.

Love this little store where you can find everything for DYI. Super friendly and helpful staff. Also they work good hours and not like Travis Perkins next to me which are always closed when you need them.
