Usually order my supplies by the phone but on the few occasions I have come into store everyone has been very friendly and helpful and I have been in and out in no time.

Order timber earlier morning, ask them if could be delivered on same day, and they sayed to me around lunchtime would be with me...till 2 oclck nothing arrived I gave them a call and the guys say to me they loading it now....untill 4 nothing arrived.
.then I received a call saying they don't have the material I order in stock...what a Rubish service ...could not the guys check the stock earlier, just a big liars sayed to me they loading it now, 2 hour's later they won't have it in store.....very disappointed... wont go back again....

Ordered some timber and mdf sheets, got delivered on the same day and with a tracking service which you don’t get with most places. The materials were good and service was good and straight forward too. Would recommend.

Have recently re designed the garden and got all my supplies from Lowdens. Delivery was always on time. Staff are very knowledgeable about their products and advised on best materials for the job. Thank you Lowdens .

Poor service asked B4 buying can i use a saw, sure mate, When all paid for, loading car up with other items, I was given a saw with a broken handle, I asked the guy who served me and his reply was that's all have mate, SO PLEASE DON'T GO THERE, Oh one more thing they don't tell you the charge for delivery until you get the bill.

Very very helpfull people i just done my garden and i didn't had a clue which timber will last long so i spoke to gentleman called Dane who helped me and adviced me the right stuff i need to use i will definitely refer them to others.

New customer to Lowdens and was surprised by what seems a great family run business. Very helpful sales team and yard staff are always on hand to help. Have had three deliveries so far and was very happy with the placement on my materials by the means of a crane mounted lorry.
