Big Wickes warehouse full of all things home, DIY & buildery. A bit scummy, and more aimed at trade, we went there to look at kitchens - limited things on display and the staff didn't have a brochure. I think good if you need something DIY & specific, but if your looking for a pleasant shopping experience then maybe try Homebase or B&Q

Clearly a recent change in management has helped the store redeem itself from the past troubles it had with customer service. Staff appear more motivated and the arrangement of goods to buy is more efficiently managed. If you get locked in the car park after 6pm well thats your own fault in my opinion. Shout out the kind red haired woman who runs the operations there.

As a woman it can become daunting when you visit a hardware store, especially since visiting a variety over the last couple of days however Viviana was so amazing and so helpful. She was so patient with me and really respectful. Muhammad was also so helpful and this helped me to have a positive experience ❤️

Come for a refund 2 boxes of tiles. Been rejected by Miss Vivian because tiles has been purchased from different store.

Cannot get the notes right. Wanted it delivered to some other address, but they call me in the morning to be delivered at the wrong address and then fail to rectify it and ignore everything and take the payment and saying delivery is complete. Ultra joke. Had to contact my payment company before I can even get a refund.

The cashier at the till are clueless. They work extremely slow, specially chubby white girl is super slow, also they don't have any knowledge about damaged goods discount. I very rarely use this Branch because I never feel comfortable they only have one till and very narrow entrance and exit. 3 customer in the checkout feels like 30 people in front of you.

The queue management is okay, some of their tools are good in my opinion (bought a circular saw and some white paint for homework post-renovation) but there is 1 main issue in my opinion.

Lighting is very poor and too warm for such a big store with high ceilings.

Suggestion: bring with u a decent light if you are there for choosing paint colours!
