Travis Perkins Forest Hill

Absolutely rubbish. It's my local builders merchants and wish they were good as I spend thousands every month on materials .
The worst customer service , poor availability of stock, expensive prices and just lazy.
They are my last resort and always let me down, please don't waste your time here.

Went in to buy a mortice lock. Couldn't find one with the exact measurements but these guys gave me some friendly advice how to fit it without drilling. The lock was also a lot cheaper than B&Q! Thanks

Nasty place to have to go! Only go there as last resort. Crazy expensive, have to justify all the staff doing very little. They will price match though, don't pay first price they say. Try Selco !!

I’ve been using Travis Perkins for years and spend thousands of pounds a month with them. But this branch is awful. Some of the staff are very rude and unhelpful. The delivery drivers are very lazy - one of them couldn’t be bothered to park up and drop the materials in the front garden of a property we was working on and just dropped them on the road which created double the time and work for us to shift them.
Avoid this branch - shocking service and absolutely useless!

Yet again Laurie of the hire department dealt politely and efficently with the equipment that I needed which was ready to collect promptly on my arrival and I was able to return without any fuss and waiting.

Travis Forest Hill top branch all ways well stocked and staff are excellent, plenty of parking too .Most T.P branches you ask for sometimes and the staff have to ask three other people first because they don't have a clue not F.H branch 8out of 10 to day

Brilliant service and a great product. Have used them soooooo many times over the last 2 years as we are doing up a house and the garden (slowly...). Perfect service and lovely very friendly and knowledgable staff. Will always be my trusted merchant.

The staff were super helpful and patient with this guy who just wanted to drill a few holes in a concrete floor.
