Its many years but I had some hardwood from them and they even cut some wood while I waited from their mill
( needed for diy repair material in a rough size) , so I must review them positively as they did bend over backwards from my arrival as despite having what I needed that actually cut it there ! Never seen this before. Just in balance for other reviews I have seen on here
( I wouldnt turn up with 5 mins before shutting and expect same tho, lol, I think most are reasonable)
If you sell and even cut marine quality or hardwood ply to smaller I may well be looking for some more material shortly which is why I looked up. Cheers

Brilliant service all round. Ordered Thursday from Corby branch and delivered Saturday. Telephone order, phone answered really promptly and easy to pay via txt. Great communication from the driver (lovely chap) and product much better than expected for the price we paid. Very happy customer, will certainly use again and highly recommend.

Ordered timber online. Went to collect, branch had no record of my order. Came home and called head office, spoke to Leah in customer services, who didn't know why, and couldn't find any record of my order when I gave order number, I sent them a copy of the confirmation email, and they promised to find out why it wasn't available and call me back within the hour.
24 hours later, having heard nothing from Leah, I called them back. Shaun from customer services had no record of my conversations from the previous day, but finally found my order and called local branch, who apparently should have been able to find my order when I went to collect it originally, if they had just asked for my postcode. Shaun did call back as he had promised.
I would probably not use this company again, as it has taken a lot of time and energy to find out what has happened, and a lot of hanging around waiting for promised things to happen which never did, and I still have to drive to their store again to see if the timber really is there...
