Dreadful service requested a quote for artificial grass 2 weeks ago, gave full dimensions, picked out 3 different samples gave mobile and landline number which both have answerphone services, have not received a call but have since spent my money at Grass Direct...your loss

Poor Quality with wood, bending, exchange did not accepted for delivery

One assistant was quite rude, but the female was better to deal and was more helpful.

Absolutely bang on with everything. Timing on deliveries, very kind and helpful staff.

If they haven’t got a certain item or stock they always manage to come through and supply within the next few days.

Been using these guys for years and wouldn’t go elsewhere ever. Thanks again guys

I went in to Robert Price builders merchant`s hoping for a donation for a local group revamping a community garden. I was met by Calvin McLaggon branch manager, he with the help of his staff sorted out a number of materials to help with the completion of works outstanding on the garden. many thanks to all at Barry for their help couldn't ask for better service and help, also gave free delivery on everything.
