Visited Teifi Valley yesterday and was surprised at the friendliness of the staff to a total stranger. Very helpful, no waiting and help to load up as well. One star off for the size of the carpark.....very little room to turn when competing with an artic!

Ordered some Sand and cement to be delivered. Said that they could deliver the next day. But did not. Rung the shop, to see what happened to my delivery and the guy said "sorry darling but we didn't say that we could deliver the next day". Handed the phone to my husband who ordered the stuff in person and in the shop. The guy then changed the way he was talking and said."the delivery will be with you late afternoon. And guess what.... it didn't arrive again. Will never use them again. As wasted two dry days where we could have worked outside. Not happy

Used them for years, always been very reliable. Not sure how they fair on price but they're certainly competitive. Highly recommended.
