Very helpful and friendly helpful staff but it depends on who you are to what price you pay

Reasonable prices and free delivery if you spend £50.

Always waiting ages to be served as staff having conversations behind the tills. I will be using TP in Trehafod as staff is much better there.

Website for TP shows items that can't be purchased in local stores. Water resistant mdf, certain doors etc... Annoying when you think you've found something and then being told you can't have it. If it's on the website make it available everywhere please.

massive thanks to Ryan again for his help. Called at short notice desperately needing sand and cement. Within 2 hours 3tonne of sand and 20 bags of cement dropped at the door. Awesome customer service mate. Thank you.
