Helpful and friendly staff

Great knowledge of staff for nuts and bolts. Its clear the staff have studied nuts and bolts for a very long time, knowing what thread and length each one is on there shelf without looking at the box.
Play a game with them which they enjoy by taking an odd size imperial nut and bolt in and ask them to match it.
