Been dealing with these for a few years now and I feel my service is terrible.

The staff in the sales office try their best but the lads in the yard are terrible.

I used to work in a builders yard so I know what levels of service I would be giving

Shape up or I'll take my business elsewhere.

Nice and quick to unload and great people in the yard.

Excellent service. I only went to pick up a very small order, but nothing was too much trouble and everyone was very helpful and friendly.

Amazing customer service from the Bridgend branch! My builder only gave me a few days notice of his arrival and TP Bridgend sourced my porcelain patio slabs and delivered them with time to spare. My second visit for some additional items was just as good - very helpful and knowledgeable staff who can’t do enough to help you! Keep it up guys you are doing a great job!
