Very poor customer service!
Staff wasn't wearing masks,when I ask for a item I was asked to go in the warehouse and look myself while a room full of staff looked on drinking coffee.

Order stuff for a patio on Monday, it was all delivered Tuesday. Went back for a couple of things Saturday morning and couldn't fit some of the things in my car, delivery wouldn't of been til Wednesday. Staff at the newport branch went above and beyond to get me my stuff and one of the staff members dropped it to my house after he finished work as he lived close by. Prices are good service is excellent. Will only be using this builders merchant from now on. Many thanks guys.

Great customer service. I have a little bit of issue with delivery but everything was sorted out. Thanks for helping me with my garden project.

Delivered here today, and what a pleasure it was. The yard is small but well managed and tidy, which makes the turning of an HGV much easier than some TP's with bigger yards.
The staff were really friendly and very efficient at what they do. Carl keeps a good ship well done all.

Management are very helpful and knowledgeable on what you need to complete jobs. Very competitive on prices with other local branches.
Delivery driver is on point when delivering to customers property. Very polite and helpful.
Yard boys are very helpful with loading you up in all weather's.

Shocking service. Ordered some Grano Dust online. 1 full week later I called to chase delivery and turns out that they don't stock the product that I ordered. No call to notify me and I had to chase multiple times for any response. Was promised a call back, didn't get one - the excuse I got from the staff there was that they can't possibly deal with all the phone calls. Don't recommend this branch at all.

Delivery booked for friday no show nor saturday went to branch complained monday took one bulk bag in my van was told they would deliver other one that morning didnt come went and collected myself ... cost me time and money not happy 🙄🙄
