Good staff in trade, but the yard staff could do with customer service training.

Just bought a load of building materials from Travis Perkins Cwmdu, received exceptional levels of service from Jamie and nothing was too much trouble for Mike in the office/yard. Not only will I be using them again, but will be recommending them to all I can.

Travis Perkins Swansea is the ONE.
I use them time and time again, and the service is always on point. To be honest I could write them a ton 5 star reviews.
I have used all of the suppliers around Swansea and this branch of TP is the best. Always got plenty of stock or able to get their hands on it.
Go out of their way to help me with quotes or any queries I have.
On a couple of occasions have helped me out big time with sorting a quick delivery.
Special mentions, Michael on the customer service desk = Legend. Provides excellent service every time!
Amber = A superstar, whether it's in branch, on the phone, or via email amber has always been able to answer queries quickly and generously always tries to help.
Jordan once saved a job for me, I was having a mare and he ended up bringing out materials exactly when I needed them. Hero.
A big thanks to the whole crew, the yard lot, the delivery drivers.
Good work by all. I will continue to use them as my go to.
