My husband has just called into this branch for the first time, the customer service was excellent. He was served by Harry and another chap who were both really helpful, it took a long time but they both got the problem with a compressor sorted out and really went the extra mile.

Closed at 5pm for 2 consecutive days on a Monday and Tuesday. The website states the store should be open until 8pm on those days. The store didn't show any signs that they would be closed early for multiple days. What a joke of a store. They had the audacity to lie to customer support when they enquired. I've wasted time and money because of this store.

I visited here a few days ago and I will definitely come back again. I didn't know the name of the bits I needed but the young lady (Charlotte I think?) was very helpful and didn't laugh at my explanation. She was lovely and I will be back again in future.

I went into tool station today to buy some screws and nuts and the staff couldn't of been more helpful. They had what I needed in stock, and they were the friendliest staff. Great customer service! Highly recommended.

Fantastic staff very helpful put my wheel barrow together for me as I had no tools with and needed one unexpectedly as ours broke while useing 100 miles from home ..thanks again Glyn and Charlotte x

Very friendly and helpful Staff. Just a very easy and relaxed shopping experience. Plus they had everything I wanted in stock. Will always go here for my hardware in the future.
