Needed some top soil, phoned and ordered, fantastic service, chap on the phone was polite and very professional. The soil was delivered, the driver was fantastic, dropped the soil over our back fence straight into our raised beds, great job all round, would not hesitate using the company again, thanks so much to all.

Bought some brick slips tiles, rustic country mix, to tile the back wall of my fire chamber for our wood burner. Very happy with the product. Google maps was very useful to get there as there were many other businesses in the near vicinity.

Ordered the goods via telephone, gentleman was really helpful and friendly. Goods delivered earlier than advised, happy days. Delivery driver helpful and friendly all delivered with no issues. Goods delivered look great especially the blue slate chippings. Thank you excellent service. Will definitely use the company again when we start the next project. Thank you 5* service.

Telephone ordered…Very helpful and patient (we kept on adding and then taking things off the orders). Refunded money for the over ordered stuff promptly. Driver was great as well. 10/10. Recommended.

I needed a variety of blue Special engineering bricks for a fireplace build and they were the only builders merchants that had it all !!
It was an 80 mile round trip from Worthing to Gosport but worth it !
Exceptional help and advice from the staff in the office and in the yard.

First time user. Great prices, excellent service and very helpful staff.

Ordered a pallet of bricks and given a delivery date.
Delivery date comes and goes so I tried to call them. Two days it took to get through. Trying to get hold of them is like trying to herd cats!!
Apparently they didn't have a vehicle in my area to deliver, despite paying for delivery to my area 🤷‍♂️ a phone call to let me know would have been nice too.

After two days of trying I finally get through, get a loose apology but rearrange to deliver on 6th April and you've guessed it......they've failed to deliver again! And yet again no phone call, no one is answering the phone or responding to emails.
Now I'll have to go through my credit card company to try and get a refund.

Edit: I was contacted and given an apology and a promise to deliver on another date. I suggested that the delivery should be refunded but this was turned down. I asked for a full refund which was duly given.
