Jewson Leamington Spa (Rugby Road)

Very expensive! Not good value for money (note to self - only use in an emergency in future). No prices marked on goods (so you have to queue up to find out how much things are). My visit reminded me why I rarely go there.

I called in to Graham the Plumber's at this site today. What a complete shambles they are !!!
Their customer service was appalling; the guy behind counter was more interested in reading his book than answering my question.
They did not stock basic plumbing products and the advice he gave me proved to be wrong.
I will not be going back anytime soon

I’ve been using this branch for over 10 years and would highly recommend. The staff are great and have been a pleasure to deal with.

Do not believe their computer when ordering on-line it has zero relationship with reality. Ordered fence panels at one of the 2 Jewsons in town. The on-line stock said only 5 in stock so needing 8 I ordered 3 from the other shop. Arrived to find they had lots and I could have had all from one shop. Took the 5 (could only carry 5) Went to other shop for 3 and they only had 2! So had to go back to first shop for another. What a bloody fiasco.

Good prices, but as a non builder you need to know what you are after. Friendly staff. Just watch the opening times as they are not like a normal DIY store

My experience at Jewson’s this morning was great. The staff were really helpful. The two guys in the warehouse not only sorted out EXACTLY what I needed but they did it really quickly and even cut the board I needed there and then! Hats off to them and thank you!

Bit of a wait. I did get something suitable for my needs.
Customer focus is a little blurred, however I would return.

Very helpful and friendly staff, great selection of products for instant collection.
