Toolstation Leighton Buzzard

I came into the store to order a item, I am a newbie in DIY and wasnt sure what I was exactly after. The lady helped me and was so patient with me. She didnt make me feel silly and was interested in what I was doing and if she could help with anything in the process. Totally went above and beyond. I hope you do praise Grace for the service she gives the customers

The staff at this branch are absolutely brilliant. I often have to order things, quickly whilst at a job and whenever I arrive at the Leighton Buzzard branch the items are picked and waiting for me, that really makes a difference. They’re always friendly too!

Always upbeat and helpful behind the counter, especially when I forget my glasses. Prices are very reasonable indeed and being in the trades I'm in there several times a week.

Be careful what you buy. A lot of products you can't take back once you've tried which is strange. They just point you in the direction of the manufacturer rather than taking any responsibility themselves. Shocking customer service. Will never use again. Make sure you ask to try every product in the store before you leave, otherwise, you'll end up having to deal with an I dian or Chinese manufacturer....

Always very impressed with the level of service received at the LB store. I was confident to go during lock down, they had all the safety procedures in place and happy they continue. I'm always going in to pick up things for my husband and the staff luckily are so helpful with lots of product knowledge. The manager really knows her stuff
