They are very good at delivering what I ask for. One of their specialties is that they have a Mitsubishi lorry which is compact and small, even though its 7.5 Tonnes, so it is able to make deliveries through the tight lanes of this part of the Cotswolds. Their competitors by comparison, even after explaining about tight access and how a 7.5 Tonne lorry couldn't get through, still actually send a 7.5 Tonne lorry (which can't get through). Competitors have some similar vehicles but refuse to schedule and allocate them to deliver to my house at a set time and date — Chalford in comparison delivers on time when you want, even several runs in one day. They are also very good in tipping aggregates and sand exactly where you want them. If there is no one to help unload they are also very good at unloading without complaining.

Great building supplier but the most awful for delivery times. They promise the earth but actually now 3 weeks later I'm still waiting for the other half of the load. Come on Chalfords you used to be brilliant.

A reliable company who advised us for our Bathroom throughout the process. Shane in the showroom has great vision and came up with a fantastic use of space. Products were a good price, high quality and were delivered without fuss and on time. The plans to preview our chosen bathroom design were good to see but the virtual reality specs that they have means that you can almost stand in your room before it is done to see how it will be. Highly recommend this company.

I have dealt with Shane from Chalford Building Supplies on two occasions now and both experiences have been nothing short of excellent. He is there from the initial design right through to the end and is quick to solve any issue should one arise. All products sourced via Shane have been of very high quality and always look fantastic. It is also extremely handy that he can put you in touch with a reliable fitting company who again, were excellent from start to finish. Needless to say, we are very happy customers!

We have been buying materials from these guys for about a month now, and the service has been excellent. No doubt they are overwhelmed due to the current crisis but Steve and the team do their best to help everyone and keep us updated on delivery schedules. They are a great merchant with reasonable prices and would highly recommend to contractors and developers.
