This store is really well run. Always well stocked and very efficient with online orders. Staff are friendly and helpful and they are doing an excellent job of managing their service during social distancing requirements.

Love this place , so easy to order on line and pick up, nearly always have items in stock, handy parking and staff are brilliant. I'm in there that often they offered me a job. Much appreciated.

Went into Toolstation Ormskirk today and was overly pleased with the service I received from the staff (Amy) she went above and beyond my purchase requirements, signed up for a trade account and her worth ethics were second to none. One very happy customer.

As I went in there was not a person in site. I had a look through catalogue and then waited several minutes before someone eventually approached me. Surely knowing that I hadn't been served in the empty shop he asks "are you being served?" Didn't have what I wanted either. Go Screwfix instead! Much more stock, better staff who know the products.

Rubbish! They never have anything in stock. Screwfix has much more available online and in store.

Used to go to Screwfix for years but recently everytime we have been in they have nothing in stock....
Go to Toolstation they have at least 1 item in stock. Keep up the good work #stocktaking #greatjob 👍❤ happy customer.🙂

Friendly, efficient team, very helpful with product advice. They slwsys seem to gave a smile on their face which males a difference. Keep up the good work!
