We had two leaking skylights and a difficult time over a long period trying to find local builders and window companies who would be able to replace them. Fortunately we found Mark and James at the Lincs Group who finally got us sorted and dry. They were highly professional, friendly and kept us up to date on the status of our replacement units and as to when they'd be able to complete our installation. It's been a few weeks now, and we've had a few rainstorms to test them and not a leak in sight, and we're very happy in recommending them.

I'd highly recommend The Lincs Group. We've just has our conservatory roof done and are amazed at the difference. James, Mark and the rest of the team were friendly, informative and very professional in communication through each stage, time keeping and all work carried out.
Its not a cheap thing to have done so you want to make sure its done right and by professionals. These are the people to do it!

We had three Skylight windows replaced in rooms we use continuously. James, Josh and Mark arrived on the day they said and at the time they said. We cannot praise this team highly enough, they were polite and friendly and although they had to be in and out of the house to do the work at no time did we feel they were intrusive, in fact we enjoyed having them around. They finished the job when they said they would and they cleared up after themselves, they even hoovered the stairs. We were able to start using the rooms immediately and we are absolutely delighted with the new windows.
We were surprised that there wasn't as much repair work to be done to the plaster on the ceilings and around the windows as we thought there might be, such was the standard of care that was taken, their plasterer is coming to do this work and we have no doubt that it will be carried out to the Lincs Group Ltd high standard.

James arranged to renew the roof and arrived promptly as arranged. He informed us of the work to be undertaken and completed the work to a very high standard. He left the work area neat and tidy. We were very grateful they completed the work with minimal noise and disruption.

Brilliant local company. They are efficient, professional and punctual. All work was carried out to a high standard and James kept me informed throughout the job with messages and pictures. They also went beyond the job quoted for and replaced some broken tiles and old lead for no extra charge. My tenant's roof no longer leaks, the old chimney will now stand for years and I am very glad to have discovered The Lincs Group. Highly recommend.

Efficient and professional job doing my new EDPM flat roof. Kept to quote and time. James liased with myself and my builders on timing the job, took photos of progress and completed works to a high standard. Highly recommend this reliable local family company. Roof has been well tested by recent weather and no problems at all.

We received exceptional customer service from James and the team throughout the design, order and installation. We also received quotes from tow other well known suppliers of warm roof options and conservatory replacements, and both provided wildly expensive quotes with unachievable builds (on closer review) and enormous and uncertain timelines.

I asked a million questions to the team, we changed our mind over options and placement on numerous occasions and James just reassured us and offered the options in a clear way without any hard sell.

When it came to installation there were no hidden costs, the guys told us when they would arrive and what would happen and it went exactly as they said. We were fighting against the weather and on the first day, they guys stayed late in the rain to get the roof on to make the area water tight. This was supposed to take two days but the team completed in one. Even our neighbours commended their tireless work ethic.

All in all, the product is amazing, but the customer service was first class - a rarity these days. I would recommend using them without hesitation.

Would absolutely recommend. From start to finish the communication from James has been excellent. The work we had completed, a flood door and window, look great and the team have left the place clean and tidy. Very pleased.
