I cant thank Tony enough, after fitting a fantastic kitchen, cloakroom and utility room for us just over a year ago I have always kept his number close by. Tonight I got home from work to a dead boiler and no heating on one of the coldest nights of the year, I called Tony to ask if he might know what the problem might be and because it could have been quite a serious problem he drove round to my house straight away, had a look round and found the problem in no time (a frozen pipe believe it or not).

I have no hesitation in recommending TH Developments and Kensi Hope Interiors, their products and workmanship are first class and they are not afraid to go above and beyond.

TH Developments were as it says on the box. First class work on our New Laundry room. The team were both courteous respected our space. Every evening cleaning up before going off site. All the work was of a high standard with all the correct materials used. The team leader Chris briefed us down with what work had been done and what the next stage was going to be.
Would highly recommend this firm to anyone.

Not only are TH Developments knowledgable, the installation was started on the date as promised and the team completing it were very tidy and worked full, consecutive days until completed. We've had 1 bathroom delivered from here, 0 issues. Ordering our second bathroom now and planning on a continuous relationship. Excellent showroom, perfect advise and competitive pricing. I can recommend TH developments, Tony and his team are amazing

From booking a design appointment, picking out our items, the installation process and the finished bathroom the service was fantastic. Friendly, responsive and always asked and checked for things like heights for mirrors and shower rails etc as I’m 6’3 my wife is 5ft. Tony was first class in the design process, advising of configurations and what would and wouldn’t work well based on our requirements.

The office team kept us fully informed prior to installation, the team on-site cleaned up everyday and were completely respectful of our home. A few unforeseen issues arose during the work that they sorted out for us without any fuss. Whilst they wasn’t the cheapest quote, you absolutely get what you pay for (you buy cheap, you buy twice).

The finish and quality of products is exceptionally high. It was nice that everything was done in house also, no waiting for separate trades as it was all fully managed for us.

The standard of finish of our new bathroom has absolutely added value to our home.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tony and his team to anyone.

UPDATE: After an email conversation with Tony, it is clear that the appointment time and lack of quote were miscommunications which happen from time to time so I was happy that this was cleared up. Therefore I have upped my rating to 2 stars.
However my experience with Tony has not been positive, especially in relation to my original review. In Tony's first email querying my original review he threatened me with legal action if I did not remove my negative review. I felt very intimidated by the email and was confused as to why his initial reaction was to threaten me, rather than just work to clear up the miscommunication. His lack of customer service skills when dealing with an issue is the reason why I have rated this company like I have. This is only my experience with Tony and his company but I will defintely not be contacting him for any further quotes. Especially as when I did eventually recieve my quote, it was nearly twice that of others companies for the same work.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Had an appointment with TH Developments booked on 10th February. They arrived an hour late and only let me know they were going to be late 10mins before they were due to arrive originally. He came and took measurements and I had a call the following day to invite me to the showroom for a design consultation. This was booked for Saturday 27th February and I was told I would receive a quote for some fitted wardrobes and fitted cupboards early the next week. This quote did not arrive so I emailed the company who apologised and said I would receive my quote in the next few days. It's now 4 weeks later and I still have not received a quote, suffice to say I have taken my business elsewhere.
