IC Assist - Insurance Claim Property Repairs

Sargon did a first class job in managing our claim, from dealing with the insurers to having workmen attend to repair and replace. I even called him up about a later claim and although I didn't need his services he was happy to give me some free advice. Brilliant service would thoroughly recommend

I used IC Assist when I had to make a claim for damage caused by a leak from the flat above. The leak caused damage to my kitchen ceiling and walls.
IC Assist came out, took moisture meter readings, pictures and measurements and talked me through the work required and the claim process.
The service was excellent, I didn't have to do anything once they were involved as they dealt with everything for me. They sent the quote to my insurance company, put drying equipment in and organised the various tradesmen to carry out all the repairs, they even dealt with the managing agents for me.
They were punctual, friendly, kept me up to date and the work carried out was to an excellent standard (better than what it was before the leak).
I would have no hesitation in using them again and I've since recommended them to family and friends who have also needed help with their home insurance claims.

I engaged Sargon and IC Assist as I was having issues conducting discussions with our Insurance company in respect to water damage that impacted our weekend home.
