Nationwide Building Society

Walked in hoping to make a few inquiries and was affronted by the presentation of the staff.
The majority of staff who weren't behind a counter were sat down in the seating area, having a good chat, and the one staff member who did decide to represent themselves and Nationwide made sure to express her obvious dissatisfaction at how much of an inconvenience I was to her.
Her condescending tone and exasperated attitude did not help matters.

I will not be back there any time soon if this is how I'm made to feel.

Always a pleasure to use the branch. Two counter positions and an indoor self serve machine allow for options for days when I need feel like a bit of human interaction, and the external machine allows deposits if I can’t get in during business hours.

Staff always friendly and never make you feel like an inconvenience. I’ve been with many banks in the past but always come back to the Nationwide.

Brilliant service as always from this Branch. I choose to use this branch rather than my official one. Very friendly staff, always super efficient and I love the fact you can call the branch direct rather than a stupid impersonal call centre. Barbara helped me tremendously today. Keep up the good work.

Never had any issues with nationwide..been with them for above 20 years. Great, helpful staff. Always found them to be polite too!
