The Nationwide branch in Heanor has really friendly and helpful staff, who are very good at their jobs.

Only spoke to them on the phone. Sian was amazing, very patient, so helpful and listened, she deserves a pay rise. I wish every Customer Service Advisor was as lovely as her. All the best to you Sian.

I called in this branch today to pay a reasonable amount of money in notes into my account, having read the Google reviews. I have to say they’re all true. I was served by Kirsty, a lovely, pleasant and efficient young woman and her colleagues also joined in a light-hearted exchange too.

The staff are so welcoming and will help with any problems. Great place to go to save your pennies
