Roshan the staff I spoke to about this anomalies on my account was so kind. She promptly looked into the problem and got it resolved there and then. She made sure that I recovered my money back.

Having recently had a nightmare with another BS in trying to set up a Bank Account for my 12YO, I returned to the NBS. I have had mortgages previously with them and never had anything other than first rate service.
Each encounter was a smooth and efficient affair. The knowledgeable staff guided me and child through process whilst we waited. Cannot fault. Great service.
