Nationwide Building Society

I had to visit the Gosport branch as there was an issue with my card. I spent time with Richard the branch Manager and I have to say he could not do enough to help me out and sort my problem. He even phoned me later during the day to make sure everything was ok. The girl inside the door was really nice and welcoming as well, sorry but I didn't get her name.
I don't go into my branch that often but I can honestly say what first class service I received from Richard and the staff. Pat on the back for them all...

Very friendly and helpful staff

Service is always very good at this branch but why are the opening hours still 9am to 2PM? They were reduced at the start of COVID and have not been reinstated. Our little Post Office in Akverstoke is back to full hours so why not the Gosport branch of Nationwide? Does not fit with your strap line "there for the benefit of our members".
