Pointless having web sites telling you that the Sawbridgeworth Branch is open until 4.30 on Wednesdays while at the same time displaying a notice in the window stating that the branch is closed all day on Wednesdays. Perhaps the Branch Manager could get involved and make the corrections!.

I had a banking issue that I thought couldn’t be resolved. But the staff were so helpful and made sure that my problem was sorted. Linda was very friendly. I was even allowed to take my little dog inside. Thank you for your help.
