Always such a long wait which is totally frustrating for someone like me who just wants to make a quick deposit that takes no longer than one minute. With only two counters this bank needs updating! Baham branch has new machines where you can make a deposit and the funds go onto your account instantly. This branch does have a machine where you can make cash deposits but 1: The machine is outside and 2: funds are only credited onto your account the following day. Life moves fast and this branch needs to start accommodating that.

Lost my bank card. Walked into the door and immediately greeted by a male staff member . Didn’t remember his name but he was very warm and made me feel at ease. Not to mention his quick and efficient service with a very thorough explanation of the procedures how and when I will get my nee card. What I really loved about it was he never make me feel disengaged or leaving any awkward moment while getting the job done in a timely manner. I didn’t expect it at all. Thank you again.

I've just had a lovely experience on my Nationwide branch with an agent called Wage. He was efficient and friendly. Such a pleasure going to your local branch like that.

I think Nationwide is in general a good building society, but this branch has considerably fewer facilities and in particular no good self service cash machines, that allow the customer to deposit cheques and money with instant accreditation. Many other branches (e.g. Holborn, Kensington) have these. As a result, queues are often slow as people who need to do something quickly are stuck behind customers who have (understandably) longer enquiries. Additionally the branch sometimes opens late (for example 10 minutes behind schedule on Friday 28th May 2021). The staff are generally friendly.

Waste of time and effort. Drove to this branch today to get my ID authorised. Had all the right credentials. Saw my details being added to the system only to be told this was all wrong and the Nationwide manager lied. ABSOLUTE JOKE!
