Friendly Staff / Good Service.

Staff are amazing in Harrow branch. I suffer from anxiety and have been with nationwide for 42 years and Ive never met staff as amazing as Mike the manager - not only does he look after his customer, you can see how he looks after his staff.
Neil, Jo, Kass, Av, Liz are always there for me even lunch times when its manic and handle all the customers with samples on there faces
I notice that everyone else is at ease because of this approach

Couldn't fault them in the one & only occasion that I had 2 go in there. It was in there that I arranged my mortgage with my late father, RIP.

I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff and the branch manager Joanne for all the support and great customer relation shown. Always resolve my issue Very professionally , all staff and management are very friendly and make the customers feel very homely. I have been coming to this branch for last approx 39 years. The branch is well organised and clear markings during pandemic.Everyone always goes that extra mile with their customer service. The manager always takes time out to interact with customers with friendly and caring approach.

Very smooth transaction at Nationwide.
We opened a young person account online and just verified ID at the branch.
Staff was prompt and reliable.
Bank was clean, tidy and fairly empty.
Online banking is prompted.
We had a excellent experience at our first visit- mother and son.
I hope banking can keep this simple for the years to come.

Neil, whom I first encountered, years ago in Nationwide South Harrow Branch [regrettably recently closed] before he moved to Station Road, Harrow Branch a few years ago, continues to be absolutely brilliant, and helpful, kind and courteous. Thank you Neil!
