Amazing branch. Staff so friendly. Branch looks fab. Great to have Nationwide in Lichfield.

This new branch is extemely limited. I have a passbook and went in specifically to get a cheque. Not possible. There are a couple of ATMs and desks where staff can talk to you about opening new accounts or 'help to get you onto online banking'. Can't see the point of a big store with such limited facilities. Very disappointing.

Visited the new branch in Lichfield with a view to opening another savings account. A young lady greeted my wife and I, took our details and directed us to a lounge type area where we would be dealt with asap.

After 30 minutes and no communication from staff we left the premises and travelled to Burton to be dealt with.

Absolutely shocked that I took my pass book in to draw out some money and this is not a service offered here. This is such a pointless branch.

Ive been with nationwide for around 20 years banking in swadlincote Tamworth and now Lichfield as it's my hometown. I've got to be honest I have found the staff to be a little bit rude in the Lichfield branch.

Visited here on Tuesday morning. The building looks good on the outside, with plenty of windows to offer natural light, and it fits in fairly well with the surround shops.

The inside is very modern, without feeling bland and generic, it's well lit up and has a simple layout. The lack of a cashier is a bit awkward, but the staff are happy to help you with anything you need.

The staff are friendly, and the woman that greeted me at the door was happy to help. The other staff I saw while in here seemed genuinely friendly and happy.

I would return here if I'm ever in Lichfield and need some help from my bank, it's a nice building, great design, and great staff.

Staff are really polite and helpful, also this new look premises I love.
I unfortunately, closed down my account when Nationwide disappeared out of Lichfield years ago but i soon opened another account when they emerged back in Lichfield.

Terrible, they can afford to open this counterless new branch ( wonder where the cash came from for that) yet the services on offer are digital banking..... That's it...... Another annoyance with nationwide is it is the only bank where you cannot deposit cash at post offices...... Sad
