Great customer service over the phone and engineer who come out to do the job. I inquired with many intercom companies disappointingly none of them got back to me but Locktec were competent and courteous from start to end.
I will 100% be recommending them to anyone that might benefit from their services.

We have just recently had Locktec security fit our alarm system in our new house. We dealt with Julian at first who came and looked at our house to see what would best suit us. He did a great job. He was very efficient at getting back to us and nothing was too much trouble. The man who came to the house to fit the alarm was great too. Really friendly and got the job done with no problems. We required a specific lock type for our business shop premises. Julian from Locktec was extremely helpful, providing very helpful advice throughout. The engineers who did the installation were very friendly and efficient and completed the job without any trouble. They showed up on time as promised. We moved into our new home in early 2019 and were recommended to use Locktec to help install our new alarm system. We were so impressed with their level of professionalism, punctuality and great value that when we decided to change the locks to our house later in the year we asked Locktec to do the work for us again and have since gone on to recommend them to other people who live in our road and our friends. Excellent service from a well organised, courteous, and very professional company. They provided a proper quote on time, and visited to explain the equipment in detail. Installation was fine, and follow up service is quick and reliable. A mobile phone app to monitor alarm and CCTV over the Internet is quick and easy to use. Locktec upgraded my alarm system and also put in my cctv system. From start to finish nothing was too much trouble, communication was first class and they were very clean and professional during the installation. Would highly recommend this company.

I needed a new door entry system for my elderly mum and we chose to go with Lochtech. Really professional and courteous service from start to finish. The engineer Lee was absolutely 5*. Clean, quick and efficient. Nothing more you could want. Didn’t get lots of quotes just had a punt on this company and really pleased we did. Local company, local guys and don’t rip you off. You might get cheaper if you look, but for me it’s all about the service you receive and Lochtech/Lee were brilliant.

Spoke with Debbie regarding my current system which I purchased from another company which I was not happy with but she said she can arrange a engineer to have look at. Debbie's knowledge on various products was excellent and made me feel at ease in terms what I was looking for. I decided to go with Locktec and have a new system in place, there was no sales pressure but assured me of a good professional service which was imperative for me.

Day of the installation, James arrived promptly, answered all my questions, tested everything and showed me how to use the app and the new alarm system. Both James and Debbie came across very professional and friendly.
