Coach was ok going down there but when we got picked up fun started I had a full only a few days ago and had cuts etc all over could hardly walk so got picked up at 9.15. Asked girl if I could sit downstairs as could not clime vert well she said oh go and sit upstairs like a school kid. And to note that bus was no were nr full with attitude like that no wonder your are tuning half full bus plus we didn’t stop till 5 o clock no lunch break then only a few minutes Never again. Been told there’s a company up north

Just returned from another great holiday with Ferris to lloret. Great drivers Sam the hostess brilliant. We've been traveling with Ferris for around 20 years and can honestly say we've never had anything but great times . For value for money you can't beat Ferris. Thanks again for another great trip.

Would like to thank Phil and Colette for a great overnight London theatre trip and overnight stay in Clarendon hotel in Blackheath on 17th September. Got to Windsor despite road closures in London. Thanks again for your efforts

We booked to go to the Birmingham Christmas Market on 3rd December 2022. When we received the booking slip confirmation, there was no address or postcode for the ‘pick-up point’. It was a vague location (just ‘workman club’), there are 2 of these in our area and no way to differentiate which one is the pick-up point. We made a call to yourselves on 4th November 2022 to clarify the exact pick-up point, although the person we spoke to sounded unsure, we were told which location to go to.
On 3rd December 2022, we waited at the pick-up point, prior to the departure time but the feeder bus had still not arrived. We received a call about 15 minutes past the departure time telling us the driver was there and waiting for us. I explained on the phone that we were previously told that the pick-up point was this location and not the location the bus had gone to. We had to rush to the other location as this had already caused a 20-minute delay through no fault of our own. The bus driver was lovely about it when we explained what happened, but it was extremely frustrating; this issue wouldn’t have happened if something as simple as a postcode was written on the booking confirmation. Instead, we had to wait out in the cold for around 30 minutes and the other passengers looked annoyed with us as if we had deliberately been late and caused this delay.
The main coach and driver were good – no complaints there.
However, there was another issue when we transferred from the main coach to the feeder bus to go home. It was a cramped minibus instead of a coach, not a big issue I guess, but everyone seemed uncomfortable. The driver did not speak to or welcome anyone. The first drop-off point was my town which was only 10 minutes away, however, the driver started to drive in the opposite direction for some time. Fellow passengers informed the driver that he was going the wrong way and he said he was following the sat nav and going to my town (this was not the case). He eventually turned round and was guided back to our town by a fellow passenger. Everybody on the bus was frustrated by this extra delay; he didn’t seem to know where he was going, and he did not apologize for the inconvenience caused to everyone.
The main issue was with the feeder buses. It seems nonsensical to not put an exact address as the pick-up point on the booking confirmation, something as simple as a postcode could have prevented that issue. We would have also expected the feeder driver to know where they are going and not be relying on a sat-nav that was giving the driver the wrong directions. Overall, the trip seemed disorganized due to these issues. We are disappointed and will not be booking again.

Booked a day trip to bath for today with ferris coaches. Trip priced at 22 pound but not till u ring they add 5 pounds on for your puck up from one of their pick up points alrhough paid it . Would be better they mention it ...coach on time but then took us to their depot ? Where we had to getvoff to hoin ourcreal coach ? First coaxh just a feeder coach again rsther it mentioned as never had a clue until we got therextold to getcoff then u have to find yr coach .second coach was lovely mind dpuble decker toilets loads of room hardly many on there and driverxwas superb friendly happy nice talkative great driver informative really was ace cant fault him . However sewmed a lot of fuffing around swapping and messing around . Got to bath and it was a convey rhink they cane from all over
the world lol had a good few hours there back at coach forc6pm left and got back ro natgsrw and omg a load of fluffing around afain got off coach ro small coach no aisle room to walk then had to wait ages for people from anothr coach to get on just wanted to go home by n9w ..sqoshed like sardines no good whwn you got 7 huge shopping bags and no notice didnt know this happens the toikets in double decker were really dirty especially the sink area .for me cannot fault the driver at all but the fuffing around changing coaches hanfing around and not being awarectill it happens is not ideal for me who had to get back and just knowing beforehand can make a diffrence ..would i travel ferris again? If i was fully awarecof right price timectables schedule possibly yes but not if it little xrammed coach and loyts of messing around ...starsxare for driver and double decker coach minus dirty toiket .provements could be made with advertisment or communication thou

Went to euro Disney in November with my daughter with Ferris holidays been with them 4 times now ... brilliant company from booking to pick up had a fantastic time will be booking again when Disney dates are available...thankyou for a brilliant time

From the outset, booking a trip with Ferris was a breeze. I felt assured and in safe hands; especially with the level of communication from Barclee and Darren.

We were a group of 22 excitable hen party members on our way to Brighton from the Valleys. Dan our driver was brilliant. He arrived on time and let us take some time to decorate the bus. He was very patient and professional for the 6 hour journey (to and from Brighton), especially whilst we sang our hearts out the whole way. He was friendly and approachable. The bus was brilliantly clean and we especially appreciated the cleanliness of the onboard toilet. It was also a very lovely surprise to have a bigger sized bus.

We're a group that are always looking for the next trip destination and after this weekend, I can confidently say that I will be contacting Ferris and requesting Dan for future journeys.

Thanks to the Team and to Dan. See you again soon, I'm sure.
