Absolutely pissed off, to say the least!!!! Why do you think it's exceptable to drive past 3 minutes early all the time, missed the last bus home now because of the inconsideration of your drivers, need to learn punctuality! Absoutely ridiculous how do you expect me to get home now, 5 miles mind!!!!!

For most of the time the bus drivers are pleasant. Sadly there are some drivers who take it upon themselves to be rude without just cause. Just be nice is my motto. It might have taken months or even years for that person you were rude to get on that bus. Come on drivers leave the attitude at home.

Going there for interview for bus driver

Poor, poor service provision. Under capacity buses and infrequent by day, virtually non existent service in the evenings and charging fares you’d need to take a mortgage to pay. Car driving is now essential in Swansea. Very poor show. After 30 minutes waiting I’m walking into town 😡

Bus drivers even giving walking suggestions and places to visit the buses (Optare Solos) were maintained to a high standard and lovely and clean

The guys here are great, the depot as a subractor is good to visit, and always get a hello, and a smile. Great people.
