Helpful staff if you need help with ticket machine, who can advise on cheapest/quickest routes to take on the network. Unfortunately no lift so hard work for people with buggies and small children or the elderly and those with mobility issues. You would think that this is something that should have been addressed by now. Lift access at Waltham Cross station but obviously that’s on another line with different stops. Good trains on the theobalds line with air con and seats along the outside edges of train (like a tube train) so better than the older trains where you sit facing people in close setting.
