My wife went into accrington bus station (information desk) today for bus route and time out of town next week and the info we needed had to be accurate due to it being a long long awaited hospital appointment we had to get to. So no room for error. Go and Google it he said. 2.40pm ish. Monday 10th October. Shame on you. It's your job. I will be reporting you.

Highly modernised bus station, consisting of recently built infrastructure in solid condition and featuring up to date electronic display boards for the buses. The bus me and my friend caught was on time and the stand was easy to find, though many of the seats are out of use which is pointless this late into the covid-19 pandemic.

I'm unsure why you would be closed if you still have passengers and drivers coming to the bus station? Its about safety and well-being of your drivers and the passengers too.

Buses never on time, drivers just seem to pick and choose what time they show up, absolute joke of a bus service
