The time tables and information given to us by a driver advised that buses ran every 15 minutes but we had to wait for 45 minutes each time for an ingoing and outgoing bus on a Tuesday. This does not encourage one to repeat the exercise which somewhat defeats the object of the service. You should replicate the system that Bath City Council run. Their system is excellent!

Amazingly underused facility. Plenty of room to park and Buses were on time as per the published timetable.

Visiting Gloucester decided to use park and ride on November 4th. Waited with others for over 30mins with no updates on system! Wated time so drove and parked. Notgood!

Don't bother with this "park and ride". We waited nearly an hour Sat morning for a bus. then when it came, it wouldn't take our bus pass, as it was 9.25am. EVERYWHERE else, at weekends, you can use your bus pass any time, no restrictions. Then when a bus eventually came along, after another 40 minute wait, loads of people waiting, you have to pay £1, even with a pass. Returning to the park and ride, was just as bad. Waited 45 minutes in Gloucester. Everyone was saying how awful the park and ride buses are. I thought cities wanted you to use this facility, so not to clog up the town with cars. We visit Gloucester occasionally for shopping, but will NEVER visit again, will go somewhere more welcoming!

Avoid! Waited an hour and ten minutes in the city centre with no bus turning up. They should be every twenty minutes, so three just didn’t turn up, with no acknowledgement on the electronic boards. Stagecoach website was down so couldn’t track buses or make an enquiry. Much easier and safer to avoid these buses and park in central Gloucester, to avoid risk of being stranded. Terrible service.

This is the worst P&R I have ever used. It took me 75 minutes to travel the 75 miles from Reading to Waterwells and then a further 80 minutes to get to Gloucester Quays. This was largely due to two buses not turning up. On a cold Saturday morning in November the waiting room and toilets were still locked at 10:25 when our bus turned up. The return journey was no better; having walked into town we waited on Brunswick Road for 45 minutes for a bus to Waterwells; we did notice that the facilities were open by the time we got there (about 13:20).

Free parking. Bus ride over an hour to get to City centre
Even longer to get back. Bus goes all over the place and doubles back on itself.
