Harlow Town now charging same amount to park using Dash app as it is to park using cash or card at machine. Once the 20p charge has been added on for text / email confirmation it is now more expensive to park using a phone app than it is to park with cash, which has higher administration costs, how can they justify this.

Update, just saw some kids vandalising the car park. Now I know NCP dont care about customers cars but this is their money. So the kids cycle park where you pay a massive amount of cash to park your car (money for nothing) may have to employ some security soon.

Cameras up to catch drivers, no supervision. On Sunday it's overrun by kids on bikes including mopeds. So you want me to pay 5 quid to park my car in a kids playground. Avoid!

Parked my car in the middle of the ground floor car park. Vandalised. £9 a day. No security. No cctv apparently.
