Great design. A bit cold in the winter months. The only problem is that the gent's toilets are often out of order. It costs 20 pence to use the toilets and sometimes there's no notice on the door to tell you so. So you put 20 pence in the slot and then find out that the door doesn't open and you'll loose your money.

The toilet facilities at the transport hub, are dreadful. My partner had to use them recently, and was appalled by the condition of the Men's toilets. There was urine splattered everywhere, even on the walls. Not only that, but you have to use a credit card to gain entry to a cubicle. Very poor

a souless place, quite depressing actually, just one notch up from a standard bus stop, cafe closed, newsagent closed, if you want a cafe go to poppings cafe, just a short 5 min walk away.

None of the doors ever work and it's freezing and smelly. The toilets only give you access with a card payment not cash payments

Toilets shut outside of office hours if ever even open. What's the point of a 'transport hub' without basic utilities? The old bus station may have been grim but at least it actually worked. Absolute shambles

Smells, no staff. Electronic signage is not up to date. No mentions of late busses. Currently 20 minutes late.
