Tesco Park Farm

Yesterday I nipped into tesco at Park Farm on a whim with my 2 children. My eldest was uncharacteristically caught short just before we got to the toilets. I was just thinking of the best plan of action when a lovely lady came over from behind the lottery/cigarette counter with lots of paper towels. Not only was she so so lovely about the puddle she realised I didn't have any spare clothes on me and brought me a new pair of joggers for him from the shop floor. I didn't get her name regrettably, but Im Just so thankful to her and wanted to share this positive experience

The petrol station is badly run they don't put signs out on certain lanes what are either closed or have pumps out which causes frustration for customers...all they do is put one cone on the pump which only the person in front would see not anyone else waiting to get fuel

Terrible shop, the self checkout is ran by old schizophrenic staff who will follow you around the store and accuse you of stealing among other wild things if you don’t fit the typical shopper bill. Get them off the shop floor and on medication immediately and try not to hire any more pending asylum patients please.💀💀

Racially profiled by the old woman running the self checkout on July 4th, safe to say I wont be returning

Constantly be checked with scan and go every time I go in this store. Makes shopping stressfull staff are not very helpfull.

The old boy at the hot counter and his dark haired woman friend have terrible customer service skills, I was stood at the hot counter waiting for service and the old boy stood there and stared at me without saying a word like I was disturbing him with something, then the woman with gappy teeth and a shocking attitude bagged my food up and put it on top of the counter without saying anything. I know they work at tesco and deal with idiots daily but I was polite at that time. Next time won't be so polite.

Poor shopping day scan and shop WiFi doesn't work
told by staff member im was wasting my time as most of the store had no signal
cut my shopping short as most items couldnt be scanned with no signal so check out had a big queue with only two staff members covering scan and shop and basket tills
very frustrating and miserable experience

I always shop in this store and never any complaints untill today.
Today was my first visit there with my baby, so using the parent section of the carpark for the first time I thought it would be relatively empty as schools are now back open.
Couldn't be more wrong, whilst getting the buggy ready and getting my baby out of the car and vice versa after my shop I must have seen 6 different cars park or drive off without any babies/children at all in the cars. I know this because I watched the women driving these cars either get out and go into the shop or go back to their cars after being in the shop.
I feel more sorry for the disabled whos spaces I regularly see being taken up by people that don't have badges and are just too lazy to park further away from the shop.
