Not bad as bus stations go. It's kept pretty clean and the information boards keep you updated on all the buses coming in. Plenty of seats and covered areas. The snack bar next to the station is very reasonably priced for drinks, snacks and sandwiches. I always prefer to walk the extra bit out of the way from the main shopping area and come to the bus station to get my bus home at the start of the route. This means I'm guaranteed a seat on the bus, rather than getting the bus from the stop outside John Lewis which is always very busy.

Plenty of seats and relatively clean considering the amount of people using it. However, the no smoking signs are ignored. Why doesn't the station manager enforce the ban?? Surely it's illegal to smoke in a no smoking area. I personally do not want to inhale second hand, cancer inducing, smoke.

Good amount of bus stands, places to sit, coverage from weather. A good bus station if you ask me.
