Buses are always on time and the crew is always very helpful. Today my flight got delayed and i missed my bus but still they acknowledged it and let me get on the next bus for the same ticket i had.

Can get coach to all over England. Also can buy tickets but sometimes has to wait a lot for coaches to London.

Well organized coach station with helpful staff. There is a Costa if you need to grab a coffee or some snacks. Smoking area close by.

It would be useful if an arrivals bus park map is provided with passenger entrance to airport and bus stand numbers.

The bus service was okay but one of the passengers was smoking pipe in side the bus and the driver didn't say nothing to stop

This is your standard bus and coach station connecting the airport and is better than most of your other bus/coach stations serving a place like this (i.e Heathrow T5.) There's a warm area for waiting with a coffee shop right in the corner and there are toilets too.
Coaches are frequent into London and buses serve nearby areas and the likes of Chelmsford and Southend too. One downside is that coaches drop off outside the sheltered area. So if it's raining, you WILL get drenched.
