The alighting point is convenient to Westfield, walking northwards to wood lane or white city tube, or catching the 95 bus westward to Greenfield, by turning towards Burger king on your left then crossing wood lane, to get to a bus stop to your right. The access to departing buses is not so convenient or easy. Pay maximum attention when crossing to the departure bays by the only pedestrian crossing provided. Buses swinging into the station are still going at speeds which damage !! Don't be tempted to cut across just anywhere. You may also wait longer than you expect on Sundays and bank holidays and the kiosk is unlikely to be open at this time so if you're with children have drinks n snacks with you. If you've forgotten them, go back across to the entrance to Westfield and you will find a drinks machine in the lobby to the left of Burger King. Happy Travelling 🚌

This terminus has everything a commuter could wish for, from an info desk to loos and even a kiosk.

Very nice bus stop but the convenience store sells out of date food. Stay away. But the station is good.
