Tried to pay by cash - wouldn't accept a single one of my coins, and no option to pay by notes. Then tried to pay by card, entered my pin and then the transaction was cancelled. There was no other option for me to pay for the parking, and I had spent about 30 mins faffing with the machine to sort it out. I have called APCOA to ask them for advice on what to do, they were useless and said to wait to see if the money has been taken from my account otherwise I will face a fine. Terrible customer service from APCOA and terrible service onsite DO NOT USE.

I've never parked here so couldn't comment about the automated service...but the staff are always friendly! There is disabled access, frequent services and cafes and indoor waiting areas on platforms.
