Needs refurbishment and better security, along with warmer waiting areas for the buses.

This is the main bus station for Guildford! There are a lot of destinations you can go to by bus here!! It's part of the Friary so you can get off here and go shopping, there are also toilets in the Friary Centre that you can use if you want to and the bus station also has a lovely cafe onsite for a cup of coffee if you are waiting for a bus or even a meal, prices are good!! The only thing it needs is a bit of an update, otherwise it would have been 5stars! There are also electronic time tables so you know where to get bus and how long for a wait!!

Guildford bus services are shocking. Standing waiting for the 34. Two busses are no shows. The 8.28 service and now the 9.02 service. What a joke of a bus service. Sort it out. This has been happening for a week now.

I would like to make a complaint, today 03.01.2023 at 06:10 am I was on platform 12 waiting for the number 5 bus that normally leaves at 06:15 am I always take it at that time because I work at the Royal Surrey hospital. Around 06:12 the driver arrived with the bus on the platform where I was, I got up and went against the bus, he simply didn't open the door and walked away, leaving me behind. and with that I ended up being late for my work and not understanding why the driver couldn't open the door for me when I was there at the right time, and he saw me asking him to open it, I was in front of him. I was very disappointed.
